REGISTRATION AND ACCOMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be emailed to email@example.com.
Cancellations received up to April 1, 2017: full refund less handling fee.
Cancellations received after April 2, 2017: 50% will be refunded.
After May 31, 2017: no refunds will be made.
INFORMATION AND BOOKING TERMS
A letter confirming your complete registration will be sent to you by e-mail after having received your payment. Should you not receive this letter in due time, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will receive details of your accommodation and room reservation within 30 days from your arrival date. The registration fees do not include insurance against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property loss or damage. Personal data given in registration e accommodation form will not be disclosed to any third parties who are not directly involved in the organization of the Summer School.
